Free Sacred Sound Mini-Festival this Saturday
Every day we wash our bodies with water, but what do we use to cleanse our consciousness from the daily bombardment of 21st century life?
Ancient sages from all traditions recommend
using sacred sound, and this Saturday we will embark on a journey into the heart with the
help of some very special musical guests.
We'll be delving into the great storehouse of
ancient Vedic mantras to explore the special relationship between music and the heart.
This free event takes place at the Canterbury Umbrella Centre, starting at 5pm, and will be interspersed with insights and discussion from experienced chanters. A free, delicious veggie meal will be served at 7.30pm. More details can be found via the facebook event.
